I have a tremendous problem with a recent Parcel Monkey shipment, with good reason as I’m sure you’ll agree. Let me explain…
I first learned about Parcel Monkey in May of this year. I shipped probably 10 or so packages from California to Pennsylvania using your service. Everything went without a hitch and I could not have been happier
Sadly that was then and now’s now and my frustration is legitimate
On June 29th a package was dropped off in Saco Maine for shipment to my home in Laguna Niguel California
The package contained a very rare Borrani wire wheel that came off a 1960s Maserati Birdcage race car that I owned many years ago
After 3+ weeks in transit, my package was finally delivered earlier today but sadly to the wrong address. My neighbor’s house vs. mine
My wife who followed-up on my behalf was told that the shipping label ‘fell off or something’ which is total nonsense as there were 2 large labels affixed to different parts of the box…no different than what was done in prior shipments
In any event, the good news is that I now have the wheel;
All that said, I paid $45.00 or so for shipping but given this fiasco am requesting a refund. Not a total refund but an amount that I believe should be fair and equitable to both parties.
If this shipment was time sensitive I would have been screwed so please review my request and get back to me. My contact info is below
