The following post features a tutorial on how you can track your First Flight Courier / Consignment Status. To track your consignment status, locate your Consignment Number from the Consignment Note given to you.
Next navigate to the First Flight Tracking Page by following the link below
Click on Domestic Consignments or International Consignments based on the nature of your consignments.
Here, within the “Multiple Consignment Tracking” section enter the said Consignment Number. You can also track your First Flight Consignments using the ‘Reference Number” provided to you.
Next click on “Submit” to track your consignments.
SMS Tracking
To Track your Consignments via SMS send
FF TRK Your Consignment No. to 55352
For Example, if your Consignment No. is 999999999 then send
FF TRK 999999999 as an SMS to 55352
Email Tracking
To track your First Flight Consignments via email, visit the following URL and fill in the Customer Support Form by entering your Consignment Number and email. http://www.firstflight.net/email_tracking.asp
