If you have shipped through Chronopost, you will have received a copy of your Waybill. Each waybill has a distinct number which can vary between 12 to 15 digits(eg: 155020170153566, 339900088899). If you ship through Chronopost EMS, chronopost international tracking number should have format EE007978365FR.

  2. i am expecting a mail from France via tracking XF956728752FR.
    tracking result from web says it’s not delivered address unknown or incorrect.
    i don’t see any problem with address on the tracking and my phone number is there.
    why does not anybody call me to verify?
    is there any number in HKG i can call and check with? Sender told me France in on bank holiday.

  3. I have two parcels DR966243705JB and DR966243719JB waiting for me to collect from Tours office in France. I have been advised they will only be held there for 14 days. However, I am now in UK and will return to France early next month. Can the Tours office please keep the parcels until 4th or 5th July when I can collect them? I have tried to call Customer Service 2 times but they speak no English and on both occasions just hung up..

  4. A parcel was sent from Fes, Morocco to my wife’s business. The tracking number is 46009001053265U. The package was sent on Nov. 5, 2018 and was supposed to arrive in 5 days. I put the info in on the Chronopost web site, and it said there was no info on this package. If it’s lost I’d like to put a claim in for its’ contents.
