Due to the recent changes of international flights, the timeliness of international products are affected to certain extent, the services of our Company will be adjusted as follows till February 17.

Export from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan to overseas countries: Additional 1 to 8 days may be required for Standard Express, International Cargo Freight, E-Commerce Express, E-Parcel and Overseas Fulfillment/Warehouse based on the reference timeliness specified on the official website.

Export from overseas countries and areas to Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: Additional 1 to 8 days may be required for Standard Express and E-Commerce Express based on the reference timeliness specified on the official website.

If you want to check the rates, transit time of the international shipments and track the waybill, you can log on SF’s official website, official accounts of SF Express and SF International on WeChat, SF Express + mini program, and you can also contact online customer service representative via the official website and the official accounts on WeChat .

Dear SF Express Customers：

According to Notice of the State Council on the extension of Spring Festival Holiday, in order to strengthen the protection of new coronavirus, 2020 Spring Festival Holiday will be extended to February 2, 2020, and certain provinces and cities will be extend to February 9, 2020. Under such circumstances, SF Express will strive to increase its resources investment accordingly to ensure that normal operation of international business and customer experience. Additionally, we recommend that customers ship packages depending on their own actual and social conditions. During this period, the services were adjusted as follows:
1. SF Express International Standard Express Plus services will continue pickup and the delivery service for China outbound shipments will begin from February 10, 2020. The transit time may be delayed 1-9 days longer.
2. SF Express International Standard Express, Economy Express services and SF International Cargo Freight services will continue pickup and the delivery service for China outbound shipments will be expected to recover on February 3, 2020. The transit time may be delayed 1-3 days longer.
3. SF E-Commerce Express Standard and E-Commerce Express Priority services will continue pickup and the delivery service for China outbound shipments will be expected to recover on February 3, 2020. The transit time may be delayed 1-7 days longer.
4. SF E-Commerce Express Warehouse will stop pickup.
5. SF E-parcel service and SF Warehouse service will continue pickup during Spring Festival, and the delivery service for China outbound shipments will be expected to recover on February 3, 2020. The transit time may be delayed 1-8 days longer.
Reminder,
– Wuhan-OS Countries, pickup and delivery as normal for Credit Account, only accept weight under 3kg pickup and delivery of International Standard Express for Cash Account
– Hubei Province（Excluding Wuhan）-OS Countries, stop pickup and delivery
– OS Countries-China, the transit time of shipments may be delayed.

Good day.

In order to standardize the international shipment transportation, provide a better service experience with more efficiency and reliability, starting from January 1st, 2020, with SE, SE+ and EE products from Mainland China to overseas countries, SF will enhance shipment audit at transit site, re-weight and re-scale each package. Shipment’s chargeable weight will be determined by re-weight and re-scale result, freight charge calculation will base on the determined chargeable weight.

Remark: The chargeable weight (kg) of a shipment is determined by the actual gross weight or the volumetric weight whichever is greater.(volumetric weight (kg)= L x W x H (cm) ÷ volumetric factor; please refer to SF Express international website to find volumetric factor of each product).
