CEVA announced the final results and expected successful completion of the private offer to exchange

Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, April 5, 2017 – CEVA Group Plc (“CEVA” or the “Company”) announced today the final results and expected successful completion of the previously announced private offer to exchange (the “Exchange Offer”) and related consent solicitation (the “Consent Solicitation”) for its 4.00% First Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2018 (the “Existing Notes”). The terms of the Exchange Offer were described more fully in the confidential Offering Memorandum and Consent Solicitation Statement (the “Offering Memorandum”), dated as of March 8, 2017.

The Exchange Offer expired at 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on April 4, 2017 (the “Expiration Time”). As of the Expiration Time, valid tenders had been received from approximately $350,674,633 principal amount (89.9%) of the Existing Notes. All of the conditions to the Exchange Offer have been satisfied or waived by the Company. CEVA expects that the closing of the Exchange Offer will occur on April 7, 2017 or as soon as practicable thereafter.

In addition, the Company announced that it had amended the terms and conditions of the Exchange Offer to permit all eligible holders that participated in the Exchange Offer on or prior to the Expiration Time to receive the Total Consideration (as defined below). Prior to this announcement, only eligible holders who validly tendered their Existing Notes on or prior to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on March 28, 2017 would be entitled to receive the Total Consideration.

DACHSER continued to grow in fiscal year 2016, generating consolidated gross revenue of around 5.71 billion euros—representing a consolidated revenue increase of 1.7 percent on the previous year. The number of shipments rose by 2.4 percent to 80.0 million and tonnage by 2.4 percent to 38.2 million metric tons. This growth was driven by European overland transport as well as food logistics.

DHL Supply Chain to use collaborative robots for innovative order fulfillment pilot

04/05/2017 – DHL Supply Chain, the Americas’ leader in contract logistics and part of Deutsche Post DHL Group, announced that it will begin a pilot test using a collaborative, autonomous robotics solution within the life sciences sector at a facility in Tennessee in the next two months. The robots, called LocusBots from Locus Robotics, are being tested as a picker companion for piece picking order fulfillment in the warehouse.

LocusBots work collaboratively and safely alongside warehouse staff, helping to quickly locate and transport pick items, so pickers don’t have to push carts or carry bins.

The expedited shipment arrived at the Peter Sagan VIP Charity Ride event in Westlake Village, CA at 8:19 a.m. sharp, with time to spare for the big reveal–fifty kids’ bicycles donated by Specialized Bicycle Components.

The fifty lucky children donned their brand-new Specialized helmets and happily tested out their shiny new rides.

Meanwhile, the professionals from Specialized breathed a collective sigh of relief. Securing this delivery presented a host of logistical hurdles that at first seemed insurmountable.
