UTi has always exercised its social responsibility in a manner that promotes education of the disadvantaged, through social projects connected to the fight against HIV and AIDS or through promotion of industry-specific projects leading to the development of scarce or critical skills and social infrastructure.
UTi’s community engagement is worldwide via the UTi Charitable Foundation. The mission of the foundation is “Delivering Better Lives”. In our community engagement, UTi chooses projects that primarily relate to children with a focus on education and related infrastructure and wellness challenges; as well as community projects through meaningful UTi team project based involvement that has tangible, and sustainable results through participation satisfying the “Touch, See and Feel’ criteria.
